| Please Read Delivery Acceptance Instructions Carefully. UPS Ground and FedEx Saver Where possible, all smaller items will be shipped via either UPS Ground or FedEx Saver. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Overnight and two-day delivery is also available. Please contact our customer service department for price quote. Freight shipment information for curbside delivery Large game tables are shipped via curbside shipping. Delivery will be done by a common carrier truck. These delivery trucks are large and cumbersome, often around 40 ft long. Therefore, your delivery address must have adequate room to maneuver up to your curbside. If you have doubts regarding accessibility for the truck due to hills, narrow or curving streets or location, please call or email us prior to placing your order. Our customer service department will try to help determine if there is likely to be a problem or require additional charges. The driver is only responsible for delivering the order to your curb. A delivery appointment is scheduled by the freight company via the phone number you provide in your order. No delivery should be made unless an appointment is set and you must be present to help receive and inspect the packages. Any additional services such as two-man delivery or lift gate service are not included in the price of the freighted item. The cost of these additional services varies from city to city. You may purchase these additional services directly from the freight company if you choose. You will then be responsible for moving your order into your home, unpacking the cartons, and setting up the equipment. The freight company is not responsible for set up and installation. Shipping is normally 2 - 4 weeks. Please inspect your merchandise carefully before accepting from the delivery company. Examine the boxes carefully for holes and dents and if necessary open the boxes at the curb to inspect the table for damage. If your game table shows damage upon receipt from the truck, REFUSE the shipment and call us immediately. We will arrange for a new table to be shipped to you. If there is concealed damage upon opening your shipment, you must call us within 2 days of the receipt of delivery. We will either replace the damaged parts or have a new table delivered at no expense to you. Any requests for concealed damage after 3 days of receipt of delivery will be taken, but charges for replacement parts and shipping will be at the expense of the customer. Tracking numbers can be provided upon request. Cancellation Policy If you wish to cancel your order after we begin production, a 25% termination fee will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. If you wish to cancel your order after shipping, the customer must return all products at their own expense. A 25% termination fee, and all shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. All free shipping offers are void for canceled or returned orders and customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges. All orders shipping to HI, Puerto Rico, Alaska or out of the Contiguous 48 States of the USA need a shipping quote.
