Return Policy

HOLIDAY GIFTS HAVE 30 DAYS AFTER THE HOLIDAY TO RETURN, NOT FROM PURCHASE DATE

We are proud to offer one of the best return policies in the industry. If you're not happy with your item for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition, some of our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return.

All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified. Additionally, certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back; this will be clearly marked on the product's sale page. If you have any questions about whether a product can be returned, please call us.

Manufacturer Warranty

All of our products are backed and governed by the manufacturer's warranty. All warranty situations will be handled by the manufacturer, and are subject to any changes put forth by the manufacturer. If you have any questions regarding a particular product's warranty, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Note: do NOT accept damaged goods from a freight carrier. Please refuse the shipment and call our office immediately. Hidden damages must be reported within two days of receiving an item
