Please note:
For Credit Card Orders: To prevent credit card fraud, we only ship to the billing address on the credit card. If you wish to have an item shipped to an alternative address, the owner of the credit card must sign and fax back an authorization form, or you may pay by check or money order. Please contact customer service for details.
We accept Checks and Money Orders. Please call us first for proper ordering instructions. Be aware that orders will not be shipped until the check has cleared our account.
We accept faxed and mailed in orders.
What if my item is damaged during shipping?
Please inspect your merchandise carefully before accepting from the freight delivery company. Examine the boxes carefully for holes and dents and if necessary open the boxes at the curb to inspect the item for damage. If your item shows damage upon receipt from the truck, REFUSE the shipment and call us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you. If there is concealed damage upon opening your shipment, you must call us within 3 days of the receipt of delivery. We will either replace the damaged parts or have a replacement delivered at no expense to you. Any requests for concealed damage after 2 business days of receipt of delivery will be taken, but charges for replacement parts and shipping will be at the expense of the customer.
What is Curb Side Freight?
Larger items are shipped via curbside shipping. Delivery will be done by a common carrier truck. These delivery trucks are large and cumbersome, often around 40 ft long. Therefore, your delivery address must have adequate room to maneuver up to your curbside. If you have doubts regarding accessibility for the truck due to hills, narrow or curving streets or location, please call or email us prior to placing your order. Our customer service department will try to help determine if there is likely to be a problem or require additional charges.
The driver is only responsible for delivering the order to your curb. A delivery appointment is scheduled by the freight company via the phone number you provide in your order. No delivery should be made unless an appointment is set and you must be present to help receive and inspect the packages. Any additional services such as two-man delivery or lift gate service are not included in the price of the freighted item. The cost of these additional services varies from city to city. You may purchase these additional services directly from the freight company if you choose. You will then be responsible for moving your order into your home or business, unpacking the cartons, and setting up the equipment. The freight company is not responsible for set up and installation.
